Do I get my own dedicated bookkeeper?
Yes! Every client is assigned a dedicated account manager, who’s available on a day-to-day basis and located onshore here in Australia. Your account manager is supported by a team of offshore and local bookkeepers and accountants, ensuring you get the best support at a cost-effective price.
We keep things simple. We work with you until either of us decides it’s time to end (we ask for 30 days’ notice to complete any outstanding work). As your business grows, we’ll update our agreements to align our work with what your business needs. It keeps us focused on providing you with outstanding customer service at all times, and gives us the flexibility to change with you.

Why do we work on a fixed fee?
A fixed fee gives you cashflow certainty. It also means our focus is always on working as effectively with you as possible. If things in the business change, we’ll organise a chat to review our agreement and fix it again at a fair fee.
How do you figure out what’s best for my business?
First, we’ll carry out a free assessment, reviewing your accounts and discussing your business goals with you. From there, we’ll work out a proposal showing how best we can support you. Once we’re clear on the scope of work, we’ll put an agreement in place that describes what we will do for you, and what we need from you to be able to deliver.
Will iKeep pay all my bills for me?
We’ll never ask you for your bank details – but it’s still an efficient process. We will provide you with a file that you can upload into your internet banking to pay all your expenses and team members in one go. It takes less than two minutes to authorise the payments in your online banking platform.
