Is there a lock-in contract?
No. iKeep works on a rolling engagement. We earn your business every week with the quality of our work, not by tying you into a long contract.
What happens if my business grows or changes?
Your plan flexes with you. As your transaction volume, staff numbers or reporting needs change, we adjust scope together and your fixed fee is updated transparently — never retroactively.
What is not included in the weekly price?
Recurring bookkeeping, payroll and reporting are covered by your weekly fee. One-off projects — like a catch-up of historical books or a system migration — are quoted separately and upfront, so you always approve the cost first.
Do I need to switch accounting software?
No. We work in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks and the tools you already use. We fit your stack rather than forcing you onto ours.
How quickly can you start?
